IronVytas Bench Press 2023 is the 8th annual international bench press competition which takes place on September 2, 2023, in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Participants from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, and Poland will participate in this edition.
The competition takes place in the main square of the city – Lukiskiu Square within Vilnius Sports Festival during Vilnius Days.
Besides the bench press competition, there will be a bodybuilding show and a competition for bikini fitness athletes.
